At Ness Living, we help women break free from cycles of fear, doubt, and inconsistency so they can walk in lasting transformation - spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Founded by LaNesha Lewis (aka LewLewLifts) - Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and faith-driven mentor. Ness Living reminds women that true success starts with the Word of God.
Our approach goes beyond workouts and meal plans. It’s about stewarding your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, aligning your thoughts with Scripture, and walking boldly in your God-given purpose.
Through daily Bible reading, fitness training, and faith-based accountability, women learn to embody discipline, consistency, and identity in Christ - turning transformation into a lifestyle that glorifies God.
1. Success starts with the Word of God.
Everything begins with His truth. Transformation starts by renewing your mind through Scripture and applying it daily.
📖 “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night… then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have good success.” — Joshua 1:8 (ESV)
2. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit.
Health is stewardship. When we care for our bodies, we honor the One who dwells within us.
📖 “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you… You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” — 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 (NIV)
3. Discipline builds identity.
The same mental muscle that conquers physical resistance can break financial strongholds and emotional barriers. Discipline is purpose in action.
📖 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 (NLT)
Hype fades, but purpose endures.
When God is your reason, discipline becomes your identity. This is the difference between momentary motivation and lifelong transformation.
Ness Living exists to help women:
We seek God first—through Scripture, prayer, and truth—allowing Him to reveal who He is and who we are in Christ.
(“Seek first the Kingdom…” — Matthew 6:33)
We don’t just learn truth—we practice it. Through spiritual discipline, emotional regulation, and physical stewardship, we embody what we believe.
(“Be doers of the Word…” — James 1:22)
As truth is lived out, identity is formed. We begin to identify as daughters of God—walking in purpose, breaking generational cycles, and building legacy for His glory.
(“As He is, so are we…” — 1 John 4:17)

I’m a wife, mother, faith-based fitness coach, and teacher. Ness Living was birthed from my own journey of learning how to live by the Spirit—not just believe in Him.
I‘ve discovered women don’t need more motivation—they need formation. And that’s what this movement is about.
Join the Ness Living email list to receive teachings, encouragement, and invitations into deeper discipleship as the movement unfolds. This is where I share what I’m building, what God is teaching, and how you can grow alongside us.
"So l've started this new journey and I encourage all of my IG friends to join me. It's called #RadicalActsOfSelfLove ❤️ yesterday I wrote myself a letter 💌& meditation. Today was curling my hair and lipgloss for my gym session with @lewlewlifts at 7am even though I knew I would sweat them out. But going to the gym feeling like a baddie versus "I'm going to get this over with" changed my entire mood and set the tone for the day😍 Do something crazy today to love on
yourself 💝"
"See I still be working lol 😝"
